HOW DO I BOOK A CREATOR?

To book a content creator simply fill out a quick request form here. We'll get back to you shortly after to confirm your booking once a creator has been confirmed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BOOK A CREATOR?

We respond to your request and begin the search process in less than 24 hours.

The wait time for a creator depends on the time of year and whether there are a lot adjacent events taking place.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The rate depends on the number of hours needed to cover and the type and volume of creatives you want to receive.

TIER 1: $350
- 2 hours coverage
- Either video or photo coverage
- ~20 post edited photos
- or ~1.5 minutes of post edited video footage

TIER 2: $650
- 4 hours coverage
- Video and photo coverge
- ~20 post edited photos
- ~2 min post edited video

TIER 3: $975
- 6 hours coverage
- Photo and video coverage
- ~50 post edited photos
- ~7 min post edited video

WEDDING/FESTIVAL PACKAGE: $1600
- 8 hours coverage
- Video and photo coverage
- ~100 post edited photos
- ~15 min post edited video

*All of our packages include our service fee in the pricing so there is no additional charges.

IS THE CREATOR FEE INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE FEE?

Yes. The price you see under each tier package includes our service fee already. There will be no additional charges.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT?

No. Our expert network of creators come with their own gear and choose the right one for the job based on their experience and expertise.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CREATOR CANCELS?

In the case where a creator secured for your event cancelled we will reschedule another creator in their place at no additional costs.

In the odd chance we are unable to secure another creator we will issue a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY EVENT?

If you cancel your event after payments have been made and within 7 days or more to your event then a full refund will be issued minus the service fee. The service fee typically ranges from 10%-15% of the total package price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RE-SCHEDULE MY EVENT?

In cases where you need to reschedule your event, we will assure a creator is available for the changed date. The same creator may be able to cover the schedule change, but in cases where they are not we will schedule a new creator in their place.
